At the end of the 1970s, the Moroccan corporateization policy led to a massive departure of expatriates specialized in the medical field. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial ambition and after four years of experience in the field of medical devices, I seized the market opportunity by founding Promamec in the early 80s.
Since our inception in 1981, our human capital has been our distinctive strength. Indeed we were a small team that managed to create a great company and we continue to believe that our primary resource is our human capital.
As a leading company in the Moroccan market, we work proactively and constantly to maintain our leadership through several levers. Our human capital is the most important of these levers of action. Thus, we invest constantly in the development of our employees and their development. Maintaining our combined business expertise since 1981 in the service of health is also one of our priorities thanks to an ambitious policy of continuous training of our talented product and commercial leaders.
In terms of international partnerships, we have built a sustainable partnership model with many prestigious multinationals such as Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, Konica Minolta, 3M, Teleflex ... And we are constantly working to maintain and deepen these exceptional partnerships in the our eco-systemapproach that allows us to offer competitive and innovative solutions for healthcare professionals.
The health sector in Morocco presents many challenges but even more opportunities, our strategicability to identify and seize opportunities and drive the necessary changes internally allows us to maintain our leadership over time.
Our headquarters is based in Morocco and our roots are in Africa. Thus, PROMAMEC defines itself as an actor for the promotion of innovations in the healthcare sector, at the service of the African continent.
Access to broad medication and the introduction of medical innovations to the African continent are two of our most crucial goals.
Thus, South-South cooperation animates us in the image of the will of His Majesty King Mohamed VI, may God assist him, aimed at boosting exchanges with fellow African countries.
